Beans and Bread

2 recipes down 50 to go.  Neither recipe is super exciting but I tried them. Monday night I experimented with a green bean variation and today I made bread.

The green beans were ok. I used fresh green beans with lemon pepper and garlic. I didn't care for the them, but Larch said is I sauté some zucchini and add it in, it would be perfect.

My bread was three mini-loaves of crusty bread. I like making bread, but seriously, twenty minutes of kneading makes my arms sore. Larch did, however, eat a whole loaf on his own with his spaghetti.

Good eating! Next week I cook lamb for the first time in my life.
